Looks like they’re going to try again at noon (MST) today since 8.5 million visitors seemed to bottleneck the servers and only 500 tickets got sold. 

Still playing the “we don’t want an angry mob on our hands at Coors field” card, they’re sticking with online as the only way to get tickets:   http://colorado.rockies.mlb.com Good luck!
